His Excellency Knut Vollebaek and his wife, Ellen Sofie were honored at a wonderful reception at Bethany Lutheran College. In the Ambassador’s speech, he told of Norway’s role in striving for peace in the world. He expressed gratitude for the good relations between Norway and the United States, both in the past and in the present and asked all of us to be good ambassadors of Norway. Kris and Dick Norland were chauffeurs for the Vollebaeks this weekend and brought them to the reception and other events and places.
